In the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean, the famous Barbados Food & Rum Festival will take place from October 24th - 27th with four days of ‘culinary and beverage experiences designed to tantalize the taste buds’. This offers attendees the opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the top chefs and mixologists in Barbados and across the globe while sampling delicious, authentic Barbadian flavours.

This gastronomic adventure begins on Thursday night at Oistins fishing village where you can watch as local chefs prepare fresh, grilled delights. It continues with a Food Truck Mashup at Pelican Centre, the Food & Rum Gourmet Safari, free Pop-Up stops across the island and culminates with An Evening of Elegance at Illaro Court, where you can indulge in delicious spirits, delectable hors d’oeuvres and delightful apéritifs.
